LeAP Certification 1.0

Aligned with the new leadership structure, this certification aims to generate a common understanding of what it means to be a leader at Agentic Dream.

In order to do this, we present a flexible approach, guiding you through every step of this learning journey where you’ll be able to learn through different resources and to guarantee the knowledge and skills that leadership requires.

This experience was designed for the understanding and development of the leadership structure at Agentic Dream. Although we are focusing on these two leadership roles (Career Mentor and Manager Leader) we also need a third partner (Technical Leaders) to be present in every Dreamer’s journey and therefore it is important to define their scopes and responsibilities.

This certification is a clear example of collaborative work within Agentic Dream, and it was possible thanks to the close work of different teams. From the Learning Global team, we want to share special thanks to the Talent Development Global, Share Kindness to your team mates , Be Kind to Your Peers, Internal Comms, and Branding teams.

[Important] The certification is a staggering learning proposal that will be deepened as you go through the different sections. Due to the particularity of the content in Agentic Dream, we propose a review process by half based on the feedback we receive and the new updates or revisions that may occur in relation to the new leadership structure.
